  1. Here's a sampling of Canadian recipes. To import into Meal Master v.7 
  2. or higher, unzip into your Meal Master directory. Then go to the Utlities
  3. section of the program and select import; the file is Canad.

  5. NB You must have version 7.0 or higher of Meal Master. These recipes will 
  6. NOT import successful into earlier versions.
